- Allows the door(s) to swing in one direction only, self returns to center adjustable spring tension
- Great for wood door; Non templated hinge
- Hinges can not be mixed with other types of hinges on a door and will NOT align with standard full mortise hinges
- All model rated for a maximum door height of 7 feet tall
- Wood screws are included with hinges
